A lawn can provide a place for dogs and kids to play and grown-ups as well! With the correct water mitigation we can protect the environment and keep the grass lush and green. If astroturf is a desire we can get that done for you too. There is some preparation for this type of install but water is still needed to cool off the astroturf from time to time and to clean off areas if dogs are present. Shade can help with this as well and eliminate some of the watering to cool it down.

Shrubs vary but typically you want to prune shrubs after they flower (if any) or in the fall, typically in October. Winter snow can bring weak branches down or any shrubs that are overgrown leaving you with a possibility of losing the shrubs.
Mulch is a great way to keep weeds down and to insulate the ground around plants, trees, and shrubs. Too much mulch will create mold and too little will not do its job. Top dressing is a great way to freshen up a property or if there is enough mulch and it hasn’t decomposed much, the mulch can be raked to create the look up new mulch.
Mulching can be beneficial for annuals and perennials if it is only a couple inches at the most and it does not impede the growth.
We provide mulch that the client desires; whether it is natural or colored mulch (limited colors depending availability and location). Please note colored mulch loses its color if not top dressed more frequently.
Urban Sprinkler & Landscape does not provide a maintenance division currently but we have many suitable references for this.
